Thank you for shopping with GY Fusion. We partner with Printify, a print-on-demand service, to create and ship your custom products directly to you. Please read the following policy carefully, as it outlines the specific conditions under which we can offer a reprint or refund.

1. Our Policy Overview

Since all products are made-to-order (printed specifically after you purchase), we do not accept returns or exchanges for items you simply changed your mind about, ordered incorrectly, or no longer want. Our policy only covers issues related to product quality, damage, or fulfillment errors.

2. Eligible Issues & How to Report

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help.

  • Reporting Window: You must report the issue to us at gyfusion6@gmail.com within 30 days of the product’s delivery date.
  • Required Information: In your email, please include:
    • Your Order ID
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photo proof of the damage or defect
  • Resolution: Upon review and validation of the issue, we will work with our production partner to arrange for a free reprint or issue a refund for the affected item(s).

3. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Change of Mind / Incorrect Size: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors, color preferences, or simply changing your mind.
  • Minor Production Variations: Please note that there may be slight variations in color or placement due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products. These are not considered defects.

4. Shipping Address Errors & Lost Packages

If a package is returned to sender or lost in transit due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout, we will issue a refund for the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping information before completing your order.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
